How do I place an order?

Choose your product, select size and colour, click Add to cart and complete checkout. We confirm every order by phone before shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Bangladesh.

How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka usually 1-3 working days, outside Dhaka usually 3-5 working days.

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size chart on each product page. If you are unsure, message us with your height and weight and we will suggest a size.

Can I exchange or return a product?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Use our Return & Exchange Portal or read the Return & Refund Policy.
